I recently purchased my home and waived the home inspection in the offer process, but once we had moved into the house, we wanted to have an informational home inspection done. Ray was absolutely wonderful, and talked us through everything he was looking at and what we could look out for in terms of regular maintenance (which was incredibly helpful as first time homeowners). Then, he also provided a list of vendors who could help resolve some of the issues we had discussed during the inspection. Scheduling the inspection was easy and flexible, and communication was great (call/text/email). Overall, this was a great service, and I would 100% recommend Ray if you are looking for a home inspection!

As a first time homebuyer, I appreciate how thorough Ray was, and that he took the time to explain everything clearly to me. He helped me build my to-do list, and his official report was emailed to me same-day. I will definitely be using Blue Owl again in the future!

As first time homebuyers, my wife and I didn't know where to start when it came to finding a quality home inspector. We found Ray on Angi and are so glad we did! From our first phone call, Ray was kind, flexible, and extremely knowledgeable. He was exceptionally methodical and thorough during the inspection, talking me through everything he looked for and found in plain, easy-to-understand terms. His report was very detailed, but nothing was surprising because of how clearly he articulated what he saw on inspection day. We also really appreciated Ray's flexibility; for a nominal fee, he came back a second time to inspect the attic (which was inaccessible on our planned inspection day), providing us the extra peace of mind. I would highly recommend Ray and Blue Owl for your home inspection needs!

Ray was a sincere pleasure to work with. We had an offer on our soon to be new home accepted where we had to get an inspection within 2 days. When I called, Ray was very understanding and helpful and communicative through the whole process. During the home inspection he was very thorough and provided a very detailed report. It was so helpful for us when making our decision to move forward purchasing the home. He also took the time to explain everything and make sure we had no lingering questions. Ray did great job inspecting our new purchased home. He go through every detail of the house and write detail report. His detail inspection and report is very helpful for us.
Ray always have a quick response to my phone call or email even on the weekend. When we need a radon inspection with a short notice, he responded right away and came to do the inspection even on the weekend to meet our schedule need.
Ray is a great inspector, extremely professional, responsible and responded quickly. I highly recommend him.
